Meet the Team

Emily Zwach

President

Emily Zwach is the President and founder of Synergy Financial Resources LLC. With years of experience in sales and leasing, Emily has been refining her skill set since 1996 when she began her career at Lyon Financial Services. The service-oriented culture there helped mold her and has been carried with her through her career. Her entrepreneurial spirit can be witnessed by not only the people she works with but by the companies she helps grow through different capital options.

Her favorite part of Synergy is the people. She has been fortunate to grow the business with like-minded, hard working people that are like family. She embraces the old adage of do what you love and you never work a day in your life. Emily attended South Dakota State University where she played volleyball and pursued her business degree. Go Jacks!

Emily and her very patient husband Jim reside in South Dakota. Her daughter is pursuing a career in theatre at the Tisch school at NYU and her son is going to attend Mitchell Tech in the fall to become a lineman. Emily loves spending time at the lake and has a passion for surfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter months. Volleyball still provides an outlet for her competitive spirit and allows her to revisit her youth.

Carrie Radloff

Chief Executive Officer

Carrie Radloff is the CEO of Synergy Financial Resources, LLC. In her role, Carrie focuses on driving the company’s growth and success through developing and strengthening vendor relationships, driving repeat business, developing new initiatives, and facilitating Synergy’s marketing initiatives. Carrie started in the leasing and finance industry in 1998 and has experience in operations, underwriting, management, and sales.

Carrie gained her CLFP designation in 2015 and was recognized among Monitor’s Top Woman in Equipment Finance in 2020. Carrie currently serves on the CLFP Foundation Board of Directors and is Past President of the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (AACFB). Carrie earned a B.S. in Accounting and MBA from Southwest Minnesota State University.

Carrie and her husband Scott reside in Minnesota with their two teenage daughters, Madison and Samantha, and two dogs. Carrie enjoys golf, playing the piano and organ, scrapbooking, and attending her daughter’s events in volleyball, gymnastics, and barrel racing.

Nate Hjelle

Vice President of Business Development

Nate Hjelle joins Synergy Financial as the VP of Business Development. He has many years of sales experience while working at Fastenal and the skid loader attachment industries. This background will help Nate continue to provide customer service with solution-oriented goals and allow a different approach to the financing process.

Nate lives in Alexandria, MN, with his wife Jessica and sons, Gavin and Breck. He enjoys watching his youngest son play hockey and golf, while also preparing to send his oldest son to college in Wahpeton, ND.

He is an avid fisherman both on the ice and on the water and has been known to hit the links with his clubs. A fun little-known fact about Nate is that he can drive a Zamboni!

Jackie Paulsen

Chief Operating Officer

Jackie Paulsen serves as the COO of Synergy Financial Resources, LLC. In this role, she oversees all operational aspects of the company. Whether it’s application processing, vendor management, or customer support, Jackie is committed to providing assistance at every stage of the application process for customers, vendors, or funding partners. Jackie’s experience in the equipment financing industry started over 8 years ago with her earlier background primarily based in small business management roles. Jackie has her Associate’s degree in Business Management and Accounting.

Jackie and her husband Brady reside in Minnesota. In their free time, they can be found camping and fishing or lounging with their dogs Dex (Golden Doodle) and Bud (Boston Terrier) and a good book or podcast.

Savannah Lange

Vice President of Operations

Savannah Lange is the VP of Operations at Synergy Financial Resources, LLC, where she plays a crucial role in overseeing the company’s operational strategies and processes. In her position, she is responsible for ensuring that the operations run smoothly and efficiently. Savannah has been involved with financing for 3 years and has an Accounting Clerk Diploma.

Savannah resides on a small acreage in Minnesota with her husband and three daughters where they have a hand full of dogs. She spends her time being involved with her girl’s activities including marching band, volleyball, gymnastics, and softball. Their family also enjoys time camping, riding ATVs, and kayaking.

Process

In search of a simple process? You’ve found the right place!

When you contact Synergy Financial Resources, we will ask “How are you?” not “Who are you?” We aim to deliver financial solutions that prioritize value. We accomplish this with an easy-to-follow process, individualized support, and a dedication to ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

  • Step 1

    Customer fills out and submits the SFR online application. 

  • Step 2

    Upon receipt of the application, Synergy Financial Resources will contact the customer to begin the application review process. A credit decision will be provided to the customer as quickly as possible.

  • Step 3

    Synergy Financial Resources will send the customer the necessary documents for signature.

  • Step 4

    Once signed documents are received, a purchase order or payment will be issued to the vendor for equipment delivery.
